Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Axiom workspace operated by Axiom Labs. By requesting access, signing in, or paying for outcomes you agree to them. If you accept on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to bind that firm.

Access during Beta

Axiom is invite-only. We qualify every request, including free trials, and may decline or revoke access at our discretion. Accounts are for named individuals — do not share sign-in links. Trial outcomes are provided without charge and without warranty.

Your content

You retain all rights in the documents, mandate details and buyer data you upload. You grant Axiom a limited licence to process that content solely to operate the service for you — retrieval, drafting, citation, delivery and audit. You confirm you have the right to upload it and to disclose it to the buyers you invite.

AI output and human review

Axiom drafts answers, tearsheets, memos and figures from your documents. Output is decision support, not advice — not legal, accounting, tax, valuation or investment advice. Nothing is sent to a buyer without a human approval step, or without the autonomy thresholds you explicitly configure. You are responsible for what you approve and send. Verify figures against source documents before relying on them.

Outcomes and billing

• Usage is metered in outcomes. One served buyer answer consumes one outcome.
• Purchased bundles do not expire. Managed plans refresh monthly.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are discretionary and, where granted, reverse the corresponding outcome grant.
• At a zero balance, buyer Q&A pauses; your existing content stays available.

Acceptable use

• No uploading content you are not permitted to disclose.
• No attempts to extract other tenants' data, or to bypass NDA and access gates.
• No prompt injection, scraping, load testing or reverse engineering of the service.
• No use of Axiom to breach securities, privacy or export laws.

Confidentiality

We treat your deal content as confidential and disclose it only to the buyers you invite, to sub-processors needed to run the service, or where legally compelled. Buyer-side NDA terms sit between you and the buyer; Axiom records acceptance and timestamps but is not a party to it.

Availability

Beta is provided as-is with no uptime commitment. We may change or discontinue features. Where a paid plan carries a support response target, that target is stated on the pricing page.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axiom is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost deals. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination and governing law

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you may export your content for 30 days, after which we delete it subject to legal retention. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
